JUDGMENT.

For the reasons set forth in the court's Memorandum and Order Allowing Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, defendant Janice Farrell's motion for summary judgment is ALLOWED, plaintiff Emilia Farrell's cross-motion for summary judgment is DENIED, and all of Emilia's claims of an appurtenant right to park on the right of way across Janice's land are DISMISSED in their entirety, WITH PREJUDICE.

SO ORDERED.
