This action commenced on June 21, 2018, as a complaint seeking review in the nature of certiorari pursuant to G. L. c. 249, § 4, and a declaratory judgment pursuant to G. L. c. 231A, §.1. By a decision issued this day, the court, (Speicher, J.) has acted on the plaintiffs' motion for judgment on the pleadings, and on the cross motion for judgment on the pleadings of the defendant Rockland Planning Board. Therefore, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Count I of the Complaint, seeking review in the nature of certiorari, is hereby DISMISSED, and it is further
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECLARED on Count II of the Complaint, seeking a declaratory judgment, that the plaintiffs have no right to a declaratory judgment pursuant to G. L. c. 231A, § 1, in the nature of direct appeal of a site plan review approval of the Rockland Planning Board under the Rockland Zoning Bylaw, and it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED, that this Judgment disposes of this entire case; the court has adjudicated or dismissed all claims by all parties in this action and has not reserved decision on any claim or defense.
