JANICE STEVENSON v. TND HOMES I, LLC.

This case began in this court July 13, 2018, with the filing of a complaint by plaintiff Janice Stevenson. On August 10, 2018, defendant filed a motion to dismiss, on which the court held a hearing. In a decision issued today, the court (Piper, C.J.) has ALLOWED defendant’s motion to dismiss. In accordance with the court’s decision, it is
