This action commenced on September 4, 2018, as an appeal pursuant to G. L. c. 40A, §17, of a decision of the town of Natick Planning Board (the "Board"). The case came on for hearing on cross-motions for summary judgment before the court (Speicher, J.) on September 11, 2019. In a decision of even date, the court has determined that judgment shall enter in favor of the plaintiffs on the sole count of the Amended Complaint. In accordance with the court's decision, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the decision of the Board granting a special permit for the operation of a dog kennel at 42 Leach Lane in Natick, filed with the town clerk on August 13, 2018, is hereby ANNULLED, and it is further

ORDERED that today's decision, and this Judgment issued pursuant thereto, dispose of this entire case; the court has adjudicated or dismissed all claims by all parties in this action and has not reserved decision on any claim or defense.
