LONG, J.
For the reasons set forth in the court's Memorandum and Order Allowing Defendants' Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and Denying Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the defendants' mortgages are not invalidated or rendered unenforceable by the expiration of the statute of limitations on the underlying promissory notes, and that the statute of limitations on the mortgages is thirty-five years from the date the mortgages were recorded.
