This action commenced on February 19, 2019, as a complaint seeking to quiet title to the plaintiffs' property located at 240 Torrey Street in Brockton. By a Decision on Defendants KeyBank, N.A. and Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss, issued this day, the court (Speicher, J.) has ordered the dismissal of the Amended Complaint by allowance of the defendants' motion to dismiss.

Therefore, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Amended Complaint is hereby DISMISSED in its entirety, and it is further
