This action commenced on May 15, 2019, as a complaint seeking relief under G.L. c. 40A §17. By a Memorandum and Order issued this day on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, the court (Rubin, J.) has ordered the dismissal of the Verified Complaint by allowance of the Defendants' motion to dismiss.

Therefore, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Verified Complaint is hereby DISMISSED in its entirety, and it is further
