This action commenced on October 4, 2019, as a complaint seeking to discharge a mortgage encumbering the plaintiffs' property located at 240 Torrey Street in Brockton. By a Decision on Defendants KeyBank, N.A. and Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss, issued this day, the court (Speicher, J.) has ordered the dismissal of the Complaint by allowance of the defendants' motion to dismiss.

Therefore, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Complaint is hereby DISMISSED in its entirety, and it is further
