BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. v. MARIE DESROSIERS, a/k/a MOISENA MARIE DESROSIERS

For the reasons set forth in the court's Decision of this date, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that, upon payment of all required fees, a copy of the January 26, 2009 mortgage encumbering the property at 1297 North Main Street in Randolph between Marie C. Desrosiers, a/k/a Moisena Marie Desrosiers, and Mortgage Electronic Systems Inc. as nominee for Village Capital & Investment LLC (Trial Ex. 4), may be recorded in the Norfolk Registry of Deeds, and shall have the same effect, nunc pro tunc to October 26, 2017, as if the original of that mortgage (now lost) had been recorded.
