This matter came on for hearing on September 29, 2020 for a case management conference. Despite the case having been filed on February 27, 2020, no returns of service have been filed with respect to any of the defendants, and plaintiff informs the court that most of the many defendants have not been served. Accordingly, the plaintiff having failed to comply with the requirements for service as required by Mass. R. Civ. P. 4(1), it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED, that, this action is hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE,
