JAMES V. O'CONNOR and NANCY S. O'CONNOR, Plaintiffs, v. STEPHEN T. SWIFT, Defendant

On July 20, 2020, James V. O'Connor and Nancy S. O'Connor ("Plaintiffs") filed this case seeking to establish rights in real property. On October 7, 2020, Plaintiffs filed a motion to continue the first case management conference scheduled by the Court to allow counsel for the parties to further discuss consensual resolution of this matter.

On November 6, 2020, Plaintiffs reported that they had come to a settlement agreement in principle regarding the matter before the court but needed additional time to finalize and record documents and Plaintiffs filed a request that a sixty (60) day NISI Order issue. The case management conference scheduled for November 9, 2020 is to be taken off the docket.

Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that on or before January 8, 2021, Plaintiffs shall file a stipulation of dismissal or request that the case be returned to active status. If the Plaintiffs fail to file such a stipulation or request within sixty days of the issuance of this order, the court shall dismiss the case with prejudice.
