SPEICHER, J.
Upon motion, Zero Point Development Inc., the Plaintiff in the above entitled actions may post decommissioning Bonds with the Town of Charlton Planning Board, without prejudice to any party, in an amount consistent with the conditions of approval of the Amended Site Plans at issue in this action, and in a form subject to the reasonable approval of the Planning Board. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Plaintiff and the Defendant reserve any and all claims, rights, privileges and defenses in these actions.
