This action was filed by the plaintiff on July 28, 2020. After the plaintiff failed to file a case management memorandum or appear at the scheduled case management conference on September 8, 2020, the court issued an Order to Show Cause, ordering the plaintiff to file the required case management memorandum no later than September 18, 2020, and to appear at a hearing to be held by videoconference on September 22, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. Despite notice, no person appeared for the scheduled hearing on September 22, 2020. Accordingly, the plaintiff having failed to comply with the court's order, and having failed to appear for a scheduled hearing for the second time, it is
