This cause came to be tried and a decision of even date entered.

In accordance therewith, it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs Carroll, Gledhill and the Walkers possess express easement rights lying solely within the Private Way, all as described in the Decision of even date. It is further

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs Reynolds and Huber are possessed of no rights, whether by easement or otherwise, over or within the Private Way at issue.

It is further

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs possess no rights either in the private beach or tidal flats located in front of the defendantsÂ’ properties.
