For the reasons set forth in the courts Decision of this date, plaintiff LaVerne Sheltons request for a declaration and reformation of the deed making her sole owner of the 22 Wayne Street property is DENIED and her claims are DISMISSED in their entirety, WITH PREJUDICE. The defendants remain 1/3 owners of the property and LaVerne the owner of 2/3s, all as tenants in common. This judgment in no way precludes LaVerne from bringing claims against the defendants for their share of property expenses, nor precludes either LaVerne or the defendants from seeking partition and sale.
