For the reasons set forth in the Court’s Decision of this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the boundary line between the property owned by plaintiff Michael J. Perotti and the property owned by the defendants Mariusz and Agnieska Krajewski is the line shown on the Hammer survey measuring 149.75 feet with the accompanying notation, “Hammer’s Line.” See Exhibit 1.
