ORDERED and ADJUDGED and DECLARED that the Plaintiffs Lot 3 property on Sea Street Extension in Harwich, Massachusetts qualifies for protection under the first sentence of the fourth paragraph of G.L. c. 40A, s. 6 and is not therefore subject to the otherwise applicable area, frontage and yard requirements imposed by the Zoning Bylaw.
