For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, the plaintiff’s claim for prescriptive easement is DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE. The parties’ claims for trespass are also DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE for failure to prove any resultant damage and because any injunctive order would be impossible effectively to monitor and enforce.
